Moving production to Kubernetes without anyone noticing
A consumer app with millions of users, running on ageing virtual machines and a deployment tool nobody trusted. Migrated to Kubernetes in phases, against live traffic, with no customer-visible downtime.
Broadcast & media group
Two thousand builds, one pipeline
A media group with teams on different build systems and no shared way to release. Consolidated onto one platform, with the bespoke tooling needed to make the move survivable.
International leasing group
Infrastructure as code for an organisation, not a project
An enterprise with dozens of teams wanting AWS accounts and no consistent way to give them one. Designed the multi-account model and the automation and process around it.
Family boatyard
A boatyard, three languages, one pipeline
A traditional boatbuilder needed a website that would outlive the person who built it. The result costs a few euros a month and hasn't needed attention since.
